This display disgusted me. Their arrogance and lack of self-awareness were astounding. They failed to grasp the irony of the situation. Jews have lived in Israel for over 3,500 years, and Hebron is the burial place of our ancestors. These Italians come from a country that invaded Israel 2,000 years ago, expelled the Jews, and renamed the land Palestine. Additionally, they are representatives of Christianity, a religion whose institutions historically spread antisemitism.
They visit our land, now that we have returned, and stand by a checkpoint that only exists because of Arab terrorist attacks. They come from Rome, a city that displays images on the Arch of Titus depicting the Romans carrying away Jewish belongings from our homeland. And they have the audacity to sing a fascist song, when the very concept of fascism was pioneered by Mussolini, who influenced Hitler. They accuse us of the very things their ancestors did.

The funniest part of this video is the ignorance of the people singing and the comments, all believing they are doing a provoking act against Israel.
The Italian song "Bella ciao" does not appear in any collection of partisan songs before 1963, which means that rather than being a song used by the anti-fascist resistance, among which stood out numerous Jewish personalities to the point of constituting almost the majority during the Second World War, it was instead a song used by that left-wing movement called Red Brigades that in the following decade began to set fire to universities, place bombs under cars and assassinate great personalities of the political and economic world of Italy in the 70s, among which we must remember the terrible assassination of Aldo Moro in '78.
