Im in medical device sales (orthopedic trauma), and we always have at least 1 international conference for orthopedic surgeons here in the US. I will say, unequivocally, that the Italian doctors that attend are the VERY BEST DRESSED men at the conference. Its something to see. They just have the very best style! Spain is a distant second, and the nordic guys dress well. Italian docs are just on a different level
