(Dear Ursula VdL) The reason you have to specifically ask for female candidates demonstrates that there are indeed differences between men and women.
Yes, there are indeed real differences (physical, ormonal, talent, experience, education, preferences, priorities, etc.).
Women are wonderful as men are, but there are real differences: the choice for important roles of serving the people should be made strictly on competence, you should choose the fittest.
How many women pretend equality quotas in mining, plumbing, carpentry, real combat in wars, off-shore Sea oil extracting, and so on?
Please, stop this ridiculous woke behaviour and just choose the wisest and most competent person for every job/task/position/role!
